Eastern Mediterranean, Mamluk enamelled glass beaker. 13th Century CE. 11.5 cm tall. A pale yellow glass and flaring cylindrical form, raised boss to base, decorated in polychrome enamel and gilt with a band of inscription and fish motifs. Ex old English collection, property of a deceased estate.
